What we collect

When you register we store your email address, username, and a hashed password (passwords are never stored in plain text). If you choose to add them, we also store your display name, bio, avatar image, and the collection data you create: systems, channels, shows, schedules, libraries, comments, likes, follows, and direct messages.

How it's used

Your data is used solely to operate the Service: displaying your profile and systems, delivering messages, and computing statistics. Your email is used for account identification and is never displayed publicly, sold, or shared with third parties.

What's visible to others

Your username, display name, bio, avatar, follower counts, and any systems you mark public are visible to other users. Private systems are visible only to you (and to moderators when investigating reports). Direct messages are visible to you, the recipient, and — like all data — technically accessible to the site operator. Don't share sensitive information in messages.

Third-party services

Show and movie searches are sent to TVmaze and (if configured) TMDb to retrieve metadata; those requests include only the search text, never your identity. No analytics, tracking pixels, or advertising networks are used.

Cookies

The Service uses only essential session cookies to keep you signed in. No tracking cookies.

Data retention & deletion

Your data is kept while your account exists. Deleting your account (or asking the operator to do so) removes your profile, systems, and associated data. Contact the site operator for data export or deletion requests.

Security

Reasonable measures protect your data (hashed passwords, access controls), but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
